Truckparking De Gouden Leeuw

De haalbaarheidsstudie en de voorbereidende studies naar de ontwikkeling van een een veilige en beveiligde truckparking (SSTPA) met 267 parkeerplaatsen voor trucks en bijbehorende voorzieningen voor vrachtwagenchauffeurs bij De Gouden Leeuw zijn afgerond. Het definitief ontwerp is gereed en alle vergunningen zijn verleend. De bouw is gestart in de zomer van 2025. De realisatie van dit project wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door Europese subsidies.
Bouwupdate!
Fase 1 van ons bouwproject is midden december 2025 in gebruik genomen. We hebben aan de achterzijde van het restaurant 116 parkeerplekken voor trucks aangelegd. In februari 2027 wordt op dit gedeelte een sanitair gebouw geplaatst met douches en toiletten voor dames en heren.
Ook is fase 2 afgerond waar zich onze nu onze entree en het nieuwe tankstation van DCB Energy bevinden. Momenteel worden speedgates, slagbomen, camera's, verlichting en hekwerk geplaatst.
Recent is fase 3 opgeleverd. Dit betreft onder meer een renovatie en uitbreiding van het parkeerterrein voor personenauto en een fietspad. De parkeerplaatsen voor personen auto's zijn nu gescheiden van de truckparkeerplaatsen.
Fase 4 en 5 worden momenteel voorbereid. Er ligt voorbelasting tot begin 2027, waarna de laatste fase zal worden aangelegd en de bestaande truckparkeerplaatsen aan de voorzijde van het pand worden gerenoveerd. Ook wordt dan het groen aangelegd.
Bij de ingang van ons terrein een projectbord geplaatst met tekeningen van de toekomstige inrichting. Neem gerust een kijkje bij het bord op locatie.

The feasibility study and the preparatory studies for the development of a safe and secure truck parking (SSTPA) with 267 parking spaces for trucks and associated facilities for truckdrivers at De Gouden Leeuw have been completed. The final design is now ready and the permit procedure is finished. The Environmental permit and the water board permit have both been granted. Construction started in the summer of 2025. The realisation of this project is partly made possible by European subsidies.
Construction update!
Phase 1 of our construction project was put into operation in mid-December 2025. We have created 116 truck parking spaces at the rear of the restaurant. In February 2027, a sanitary building with showers and toilets for both men and women will be constructed in this area.
Phase 2 has also been completed. This is where our current entrance and the new DCB Energy filling station are located. Speed gates, barrier gates, cameras, lighting and fencing are currently being installed.
Phase 3 was recently completed. This phase includes, among other things, the renovation and expansion of the car park for passenger vehicles, as well as a cycle path. The parking spaces for passenger vehicles are now separated from the truck parking area.
Phases 4 and 5 are currently being prepared. Ground preloading will remain in place until early 2027, after which the final phase will be constructed and the existing truck parking spaces at the front of the building will be renovated. Landscaping will also be completed during this phase.
